These terms are between you and Renaissance Systems, the trading name of Varun Veerbhadra ("we"). By using emo emo you agree to them. Questions: hello@accustom.app.

what emo emo is, and isn't.

emo emo helps you log your periods and moods and shows estimates of your cycle. Predictions are estimates. emo emo is not birth control, not a way to plan or prevent pregnancy, and not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Don't rely on it for decisions about your health. If something feels off, see a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

who can use it.

You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and your app store may ask them to approve it.

subscription and free trial.

• emo emo needs a subscription, bought in the App Store or Google Play: monthly, or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
• The yearly plan may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and you are charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same length and price until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; it then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
• We may change prices; the store will tell you before a new price applies, as its rules require.

your data.

Your logs are yours. They are stored on your phone, and our privacy policy explains how. If you turn on encrypted backup, keep your recovery code safe: it is the only way to open your backup, and we cannot reset or recover it. If you lose it, or delete the app without a backup, your logs cannot be brought back.

using emo emo fairly.

Don't misuse the app or its services: no attempts to break or overload them, reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows, or get at other people's data.

ours and yours.

We own emo emo, its name, emo and its design. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the app store's rules. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

changes and availability.

We may update emo emo, and change or stop features. We try to keep it working, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

liability.

As far as the law allows, emo emo is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its estimates. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for emo emo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

ending.

You can stop using emo emo and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

law.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are established. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim in its courts.

changes to these terms.

We will update the date above when we change these terms and, for meaningful changes, tell you in the app first.
